Programme and dates subject to change:
The participant may not claim damages against the organizer if the execution of the event or individual components is impeded or prevented, e.g. by unforeseen political, economic or organisational events or by force majeure in general. By registering, the participant acknowledges this reservation.
According to the statutes of the Academy for Veterinary Training of the Federal Veterinary Association (Akademie für tierärztliche Fortbildung der Bundestierärztekammer e.V./ATF), only veterinarians and students of veterinary medicine as well as members of other professions with academic training (medicine, biology) may take part in this event. By registering, the participant acknowledges this reservation and confirms his/her affiliation.
By registering, participants consent to the transfer of personal data to ATF in order to benefit from reduced participation fees. Without this consent, it is not possible to claim the discounted participation in the DVG event.


Visual, audio and video recordings:

The scientific lectures are subject to copyright. It is therefore forbidden to make video, audio or video recordings. Participants allow the organizer, without being obliged to pay any remuneration, to make pictures, sound or video recordings of the participants themselves or through third parties as well as to use them in all audiovisual media, in particular to reproduce, distribute, edit, make available to the public and broadcast them without any time limit as regards content, location and time. These may be published on the organizer’s homepage, social media channels or printed material as well as in any published print/online media. By participating in the event, you document your agreement that recordings may also be made with you in this context. A public presentation of recordings, in which individual participants are in the foreground, takes place only with their express consent. Participants have the opportunity to revoke their consent at any given time.
 

Cancellation of registration:

Cancellation up to two weeks before the event will be refunded the full costs, minus € 25,- handling fee, and afterwards 50% of the participation fee.

If a participant does not attend the conference and does not give advance notice, no attendance fees will be refunded (no-show).

Please send all cancellations in writing* to the DVG office in Giessen.
